You will follow a very simple eating plan based on calories along with a FREE daily food tracker (South African brands), that we will help you to download and manage. A weekly weigh in and injection also helps you to stay on track and feel encouraged with tips and advice. 
In order to speed up your metabolism and keep your body functioning optimally, you will receive an all natural but effective weekly injection, monthly supply of fat burners and appetite blockers and a monthly balanced multivitamin.
